Course Title: Domestice Preparedness
Course Description: Course Title: IMERT-INVENT 2010 Domestic Preparedness
Course Description: Domestic Preparedness has been designed to assist
agencies, organizations and individuals to improve preparedness
for the health care consequences of CBRNE
events and naturally occuring catastrophes. The course is
intended to augment existing preparedness or other terrorism-
related programs.
This 4-hour course is offered by the Illinois College of Emergency
Physicians’ Illinois Medical Emergency Response
Team, and INVENT, the Illinois Nurse Team. The course is
endorsed by the Illinois Department of Public Health, the Illinois
Nurses Association, and supported by an ASPR grant.
